Thank you for taking the time to check out our website. We are local native born DFW residents who specialize in purchasing off market properties for cash (no commissions). Meet Daryl and Bri Motsenbocker
We handle marketing and the day to day operations of the company. We are both native born Texans ( Callisburg and Whitesboro). We come from small rural farming towns on the outskirts of Gainesville Texas, where our families still reside. We are both health care workers (how we started dating). Though we had known each other from when we were younger. With COVID-19 came a housing crisis with increasing property rates and inflation. We saw an opportunity to give back to the community in the form of affordable housing. Together with our friend friends below we started Bluebonnet Properties from the ground up.
Matt was born and raised in a small town in North Texas. At the age of 17, he left home to serve our great nation in the United States Navy. He spent 4 years on active duty as a sonar technician, 10 years in the oil and gas industry, and 8 years in real estate construction. Throughout his career, he has developed the necessary skills like determination, hard work ethic, and an unmatched resolve to help homeowners in all situations. When he’s not solving real estate problems, he’s usually spending time with his beautiful family Brittany, Tyler, and Beckett.
